Hosting my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary was incredibly special to me, and choosing Besara Banquets for such an important celebration turned out to be a wonderful decision. From the very beginning, the entire team was professional, well-organised, cooperative and attentive to every detail. A special mention must go to Jayanto, the manager, who was an incredible help throughout the planning and execution of the event. His constant coordination, support and willingness to assist made the entire experience so much smoother and stress-free for us.The retro Bollywood theme, decorations, lighting, music and overall ambience were beautifully done and created a truly memorable atmosphere for our celebration. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness and hygiene maintained throughout the venue, and the staff were courteous and professional throughout the evening.The chaat stalls deserve a special mention too—the chaat was absolutely delicious, and our guests were extremely satisfied and enjoyed it thoroughly. Seeing my parents so happy on their 50th anniversary meant the world to me, and Besara Banquets helped make the occasion truly memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Jayanto and the entire Besara team for their wonderful service, professionalism, coordination and attention to detail. We are genuinely grateful for the beautiful experience!

We recently hosted our company conference here and had a really good experience. The hall was clean and spacious, the chair covers were fresh and well-maintained, and the AV system was provided, which made things much easier.The staff were helpful throughout. And the chicken tikka was absolutely delicious! Overall, everything went smoothly. We’d be happy to come back for future events.

We had an amazing experience at GLook! ❤️ We celebrated our child’s birthday here and also our wedding anniversary, and both occasions were really special.They have two beautiful banquet spaces with no separate space charges. Alkesh Ji and Mehek Ma’am were extremely helpful and made everything so easy for us. They customized the menu as per our preference and also arranged the cake, photography, and décor.It was truly a pleasure celebrating at GLook. Would definitely recommend it! ❤️

The venue was well-maintained, spacious, and perfectly suited for our business meeting. The AV system, projector, screen, microphones, and sound setup worked flawlessly throughout the event, making our presentations seamless.A special thanks to Ms. Sukrita for coordinating everything before the event and Mr. Daniel and Jitu for ensuring the conference ran without any interruptions. The service was prompt, and the tea, coffee, snacks, and lunch were served on time.

Hosted my son's birthday at Basera Banquet, and I honestly didn't have to worry about anything. Ms. Ranita coordinated the event beautifully and even helped arrange a magician and a tattoo artist, which kept all the children entertained. The food was excellent, especially the Chicken Lollipop, Veg Spring Rolls, Mutton Biryani, and Ice Cream. Mr. Daniel and Jitu were always around to help our guests with a smile. Everyone left happy.

We booked our family celebration at GLook The Sky Lounge, and the management provided the banquet hall without any additional hall rental, which was a pleasant surprise with our package. The event was managed professionally, and the food was outstanding—especially the Mutton Kosha, Fried Rice, Chilli Chicken, and Rasmalai. My guests had a fantastic time, and the rooftop view—especially with the stunning Biswa Bangla Gate in the backdrop—was absolutely breathtaking..The bartender Akash makes amazing cocktails,their chef also came and greeted us for a feedback.Exceptionally happy!
